Island Bay provides boutique accommodation for families, friends, sporting and corporate groups, bridal parties and all special occasions(sorry no bucks/hens weekends or schoolies). The facilities are suitable for small conferences, weddings and yoga retreats. Island Bay is located on Phillip Island, Victoria’s most popular tourist destination and is an easy 90 minutes drive from the Melbourne CBD. The appeal of Island Bay lies in its picturesque location; the accommodation and facilities are situated on 5 acres within a 160-acre rural property, which overlooks Western Port Bay. The Island Bay property is situated on more than a kilometre of waterfront and there are breathtaking views in every direction of water, mangroves, wetlands, or rolling fields.

Each cabin has views of the Rhyll Inlet Marine Park, Churchill Island or Westernport Bay. The serenity, seclusion, exclusivity and breathtaking views at Island Bay are complemented by its extensive resort facilities including a Solar Heated Pool and Spa, Synthetic Grass Tennis Court, Lounge and Recreation Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Open fire places & Outdoor Fire Pit (with plenty of fire wood), Outdoor BBQ and alfresco dining Area, In Ground Trampoline and Children’s Play Ground. Free Wifi is available. We also have a Tesla charging station for electric cars. No pets are allowed due to the natural surroundings filled with wildlife.

The boutique accommodation at Island Bay consists of six contemporary studio-style log cabins, that can accomodate a total of 28 guests. Each cabin is airconditioned and equipped with a Queen Size Bed and Bunk Bed, ensuite bathroom, tea/coffee making facilities, bar fridge, wardrobe, and a lounge area with TV and DVD player. Free Wifi is also available for all guests. One cabin is fitted to meet disabled requirements.

All bed linen and towels are provided and pool towels are available. A large selection of DVDs are also available for loan. The spaciousness, colour schemes, furnishings and themes of the cabins at Island Bay combine perfectly for the comfort and aesthetic pleasure of every guest.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Natalie (the owner) a message.

If Natalie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
