This is the most entertaining family holiday home in Newquay, sleeping 14 in comfort.

This incredible house is jam-packed with WOW factor and full of goodies to keep everybody busy, whatever the weather. There's a Play Station 4 and 72'' 3D TV in the cinema room. Free high-speed WIFI, full premium SKY TV package with NETFLIX. There's a top-quality football table and a selection of board games.

It is located just 10mins walk to Fistral Beach and 5mins walk to the centre of town with its lively bars and restaurants. Families will love the excellent childrens' playground directly opposite.

There are six bedrooms in total sleeping 14 people although we have often accepted bookings from as few as four people at a time. It is best suited for group of 8-12 people. The front patio and bedrooms at the front have sunset views over Fistral. There is washing machine, dishwasher and double oven and huge kitchen dining table. It has landscaped private back yard, outside shower for wet suits, seating front and back and hand-made furniture specifically crafted for the property.

Bed set up is flexible with mixture of kingsize beds and twins/single beds that are zip and link so can be transformed into super-kingsize beds ahead of your arrival depending on your requirements.There are also bunk beds for adults and kids - all have memory foam mattresses There are 5 bathrooms/showers and one family bathroom with bath.

There are handmade railway sleeper benches on the front patio to watch the sun glide down into the Atlantic in Fistral Bay.

The property is child friendly with high chairs and stair gates available on request. We accept pets (conditions apply), and the house is thoughtfully designed so that different groups can occupy themselves in different places at the same time – kids in the entertainment room, adults chatting in the kitchen or watching TV by the realistic fire. It is perfectly positioned on the North Cornish coast, just 50mins drive from both Padstow and St Ives. Newquay Airport is just 20mins drive away and there is a convenient car park near the property.
