Rockpools is a large, comfortable and spacious detached holiday home which accommodates 8 people. It is in an ideal location to explore Newquay and surrounding areas. Rockpools is just minutes away from Lusty Glaze, Porth and Tolcarne beaches. We are available to book for Family & Couples only. There is also a local shopping precinct within 250 m of the property which has a variety of shops which include a fish and chip shop, newsagents, bakers, butchers, bank, post office, hair dressers and a small supermarket. Rockpools is within walking distance of Newquay town centre with its many shops, restaurants and bars but is far enough away if you don't want to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of the resort..

The bungalow comprises of a comfortable family lounge with a 42” flat screen TV, dvd player. A spacious dining room in which to enjoy your meals together if you choose to eat in. A modern well equiped kitchen with a large seven burner range style cooker, American style fridge/ freeze, dishwasher and washing machine leads directly from the dining room. French doors lead from the dining room out into the garden with its generous lawned area, decking leads you around the garden . A decked area provides a comfortable seating area to enjoy when the weather allows for outside entertaining.

Four bedrooms provide sleeping accommodation for 8 people comfortably. The master bedroom comprises a kingsize bed and sofa with flat screen TV an ensuite shower room and private balcony over looking the garden with sea views up the coast towards Padstow. A further Large Double bedroom on the ground floor, and two smaller bedrooms one with a double bed and the fourth with abunk bed . Also on this level is a large family bathroom.

There is space for three cars in an enclosed spaces at the front of the property there is also ample on street parking if needed.

Rockpools is an ideal holiday location for large families and couple (over 21’s only) to get together and enjoy a lovely holiday in the beautiful surrounding of Cornwall and all that it has to offer.

Lovely house, near to the beaches

Lovely house and very spacious with a big garden and playhouse for the kids. The house was very near to two of the beaches and the town centre both within walking distance.

Why can't I call Shaun (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Shaun (the owner) a message.

If Shaun (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
