Bayside is a lovely modern detached house positioned on the glorious Pentire headland just a stones throw from the world famous Fistral beach, beautiful Gannel estuary and popular seaside town of Newquay.

It is the perfect location for a beach holiday with so much to see and do within a short walk, you really are spoilt for choice. A nice short walk from the house along the golf course takes you to Fistral Beach, a wonderful large sandy beach very popular with surfers. A collection of beach cafes and bars add to the atmosphere of this fabulous beach with surfing lessons also available. The pretty Gannel estuary and beach is only a few minutes walk in the opposite direction as is the world famous beautiful southwest coast path.

Newquay, one of the nation's favourite seaside towns, with the laid back atmosphere you would expect from a town perched on Cornwall's Atlantic Cliffs and bordered by 7 miles of glorious golden sandy beaches is just a 10 minute walk away. Newquay has a wide selection of pubs ,shops and restaurants as well as a cinema, numerous leisure facilities, zoo, Waterworld with fun pools and waterslides, aquarium, boating lake and a total of 7 beaches. The town manages to be trendy and yet remains a great family resort - all wrapped up in the most fantastic coastal scenery.

The house itself is a home from home, tastefully decorated and well equipped with a secluded garden perfect for relaxing in and alfresco dining. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with a family bathroom and an ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom, with a king size bed and TV, and views across the Gannel estuary. Downstairs is a delightful lounge with TV, WiFi, a well equipped kitchen with a dining area and patio doors leading into the garden with a large patio and grass area. Bayside also has a second lounge room with patio doors into the garden and a TV. There is also a downstairs toilet, plenty of storage space and a private drive for parking.

Bayside is a fabulous holiday house in one of the most sought after areas of Newquay, perfect for holidays and short breaks all year round.

No groups of single young adults.
All rubbish to be placed in black bin bags in the wheelie bin and recycling placed in the correct recycling bags.
Well behaved pets (upto two) are welcome but please stay downstairs and off the furniture and please clean up all dog mess in the garden before departure.
The cleaners charge extra if guests check out late and if rubbish has to be bagged up properly.
Guests are expected to look after the house and garden during their stay and treat it with respect.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anna (the owner) a message.

If Anna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
