This luxurious, coastal apartment is situated in Newquay in Cornwall and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Location Has its own Restaurant Bar and Coffee Shop on Site.Saltwater is a luxurious, coastal apartment in Newquay in Cornwall. The apartment can sleep six people in three double bedrooms, one of which is zip/link and can be twin on request, and one of these has en-suite facilities, as well as a separate bathroom. The rest of the apartment is made up of an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area and a utility. To the outside is off road parking for one car and a front enclosed patio garden with furniture. Situated in a stunning location, Saltwater will make a great coastal holiday at any time of the year.

Amenities: Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, juicer, filter coffee machine. 4 x TV's (3 Smart) with Freeview,and complimentary Netflix on main Smart Television and one with DVD player, Sonos Soundbar, Super-Fast Fibre Wi-Fi installed. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Sorry, no pets and no smoking, no BBQ's, no candles. Shop 3 mins walk, pub 5 mins walk. Excellent Green travel connections with Train and Bus stops less than four minutes walk away. Cornwall's Airport is less than a fifteen minutes drive away. Please note that this property does not supply toddler and baby equipment, you will need to bring your own.
