This amazing ski chalet just steps from the Road Runner Trail, redecorated & refurnished it and made it ready for you to rent! Just off Barker Mountain Road, it is perfectly located on the mountain! Please note, we have a super strict noise policy. All OUTSIDE use of the house must cease at 11 PM for noise consideration of our neighbors.

Located in Viking Village, this unique location is virtually unparalleled at Sunday River Resort if you are looking for a rental ski home. Park your car when you arrive and leave it for your entire stay! Check out the location map! Catch the resort shuttle to whisk you around for the on mountain après-ski scene and from there if you wish grab the Mountain Explorer Shuttle to go to town. Check out the resort map for Walter's Way and you'll see why this is “THE” spot on the mountain!!

The entire chalet has sleeping for up to 14-16 MAX! The house includes full use of the hot tub, grill laundry room with washer and dryer and outside deck.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION as they say, It is true in commercial real estate and it is definitely true in a ski home!! Not only is this ski chalet absolutely beautiful, comfortable and well decorated… it is located just steps away from the Road Runner Trail. I, David, like to get out for first tracks and ski nearly all day. Linda likes to tinker around a bit and go out and do a few runs and then stop in for a cup of tea back at the house. We could never accomplish this if we were not on mountain. One of the biggest benefits of being on mountain is that there is no more stress of loading the car, parking, schlepping gear, trying to accommodate everyone's individual schedule and desires. Everybody comes and goes as they please all day long.

Then, comes another wonderful attribute of this location and home, the après ski scene! The lodges are all within walking distance and there are copious shuttles. Who wants to worry about driving after a few cocktails? Walk to the fireworks, Southridge, Barker, White Cap or take the shuttle. Enjoy a refreshing hot tub out off the deck anytime of day and enjoy cooking up some delicious food on the grill. Of course, we have boot dryers and a full laundry room with washer and dryer available! PLEASE NOTE: We are very flexible to put together some sort of package that may suit all of our schedules so please don't hesitate to ask!

David and Linda Murphy purchased this amazing ski chalet in the spring of 2016. Sunday River has always been very special to us and by purchasing this home it afforded us an opportunity to spend more time on the mountain and share our passion with others!
