Town: In Newton Stewart, visitors can enjoy miles of coastline combining a mixture of sandy beaches and rocky shores, both of which are home to a diverse variety of birds. Alternatively, a trip inland will lead to superb walking country in the Galloway Hills and Forest Park. The surrounding area also boasts sailing, riding and fishing facilities, in addition to a variety of golf courses.
