The apartment is air conditioned, located on the 3rd floor (2 lifts) of a building in the heart of Nice city center (rue de Lepante).It is conveniently located near the Avenue Jean Medecin (450 m), 600 meters from the train station (Nice city). The old town, the beach and the famous Promenade des Anglais are easily accessible by tram (5 minutes) or on foot (1/4 hour).Large and bright, this apartment of 55 m² was completely renovated in April 2014. It consists of a bedroom (with double bed 160/190), a living room overlooking open plan kitchen, bathroom with shower, laundry, toilet and small balcony overlooking the inner courtyard of the building.Scheduled for 2 people, you will find WIFI (100 mega - optical fiber), air conditioning, flat screen TV, washing machine, dryer, iron & board, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and all that is essential for a successful stay.L'appartement, climatisé, se situe au 3 ème étage (avec 2 ascenseurs) d'un immeuble au cœur du centre de Nice (rue de Lépante).Il est idéalement situé a proximité de l'avenue Jean Médecin (450 m), à 600 mètres de la gare SNCF (Nice ville). How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sandra (the owner) a message.

If Sandra (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
