From the owner

This beautiful sunny two bedroom apartment is the ideal holiday base for exploring Nice and especially for sea and beach lovers. Located on the famous Promenade des Anglais you benefit from the fabulous view of the beautiful Azur Mediterranean. Enjoy alfresco dining or just sipping a glass of wine on the balcony while watching the sun go down. With the beach just literally right across from the apartment it is perfect for relaxing on the beach. Or if you prefer to be more active then take advantage of the Promenade and join in the fun of roller blading, jogging, cycling or just good old fashion strolling.

Located on the second floor of a art deco building with a lift, a 100 square meters in size enjoy the spacious open plan living area with the benefit of full frontal glass with patio doors opening out onto the terrace, displaying stunning sea and palm views. For indoor relaxation and dining you will find two comfy sofas ideal for four, a TV and DVD, a beautiful round antique table with four chairs For alfresco dining with a magnificent view then just step outside onto the terrace where you will find seating for four.

The stylish Kitchen is also very spacious with lots of elbow room should there be more than one chef. It comes equipped with a oven, four ring hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Perfect for rustling up a French feast to a light lunch. You can also utilise the four high stools and breakfast bar whether for dining or just keeping the chef company.

There is No air von in the Kitchen and Living area

The bedrooms are both situated to the rear of the apartment and both have air con and small balconies overlooking the buildings courtyard. The master bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite wet room. Patio doors lead out onto a small balcony overlooking the building courtyard. The second bedroom has twin beds so ideal for families or friends, it has a chest of drawers and a small wardrobe , there is also there is a large cupboard in the hallway with lots of hanging space.

There are two bathroom facilities, the ensuite to the master bedroom is a wet room with a shower, wash hand basin and toilet. The main bathroom has a bath with shower fitting overhead, wash hand basin, mirror and toilet.

There is secure underground parking available on request at an extra fee of 60 euro. Parking can be very expensive in Nice at approx 20 - 30 euro per day.

Please note that the access to the parking garage is tight and maybe not suitable for SUV's

On your arrival:

You will be welcomed on arrival to the apartment and given the grand tour. Local maps and tourist info will be available in the apartment and we can with you our favourite restaurants etc. You can choose to be met at the apartment or at the nearest airport bus stop,

We speak English and enjoy welcoming guests from all over the world to their temporary home on the Riviera.

SERVICES & UTILITIES.

This fee includes end of stay cleaning of apartment, provision and laundering bed linen & towels, meet and greet, a welcome and starter pack of niceties & necessities – a French bottle of wine, nibbles, tea & coffee, dishwashing tablets, washing powder and toilet paper.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10.30am. Should you wish an earlier or later check in we will try our best to accommodate you, depending if there is a same day check in / check out. For late arrivals after 8pm there is an additional fee of 20 euro, for arrivals between 10.00pm to midnight there the fee is 40 euro.

HOUSE RULES - PLEASE READ

We don't want to implement lots of house rules as you are on holiday and we want you to relax and enjoy the apartment as much as we do. All we ask is that you love and respect our apartment and take good care of it for us. Please use your beach towels when sitting on the furniture if using sun cream and oil stains, as they can be difficult to remove and clean in time for the next guest. Also if using fake tan or hair dye please bring your own towels as these products permanently stain our white towels and linen which are expensive to replace. If towels and linen are soiled and stains cannot be removed then unfortunately you will be charged for replacing these items – we hope you understand.

Finally our last request is that you ensure that you had a fabulous stay and enjoy Nice and the Riviera as much as we do.
