BUILDING: Just near the Promenade des Anglais, Legend is nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the main street, yet super central. A perfect city pad set in a typically Niçoise style building, this spacious duplex, is located on the top 4th and 5th floors. Please note this is a typical style French Niçois building, therefore there is no lift.

LIVING AREA

Find three comfortable two-seaters, to curl up on after a long day, or to enjoy watching a little TV. French windows lead out from the living area onto a cosy balcony at the front of the apartment, where you can find a small outdoor table and stools for two. A sleek white dining table stands below the stairs to the second floor. It can seat four people comfortably.

KITCHEN

Find a modern, renovated kitchen in this holiday rental apartment with all the necessary appliances. Fully equipped with an oven, stovetop hob, full-sized fridge, small freezer, and microwave. A small table with two chairs are placed against the wall, just perfect for quick breakfasts, or chatting whilst cooking.

BEDROOMS

It benefits from having its own en suite bathroom with private toilet and luxury walk –in shower. It comes with a lovely double bed (140cm) and large plush cushions. White wooden bedside tables with reading lamps, add to the interior design as well as a large double-doored closet, to store all your belongings. This master bedroom also benefits from a large window, with views.

Find the second bedroom upstairs in a loft style. Featuring a set of twin beds (90cm each), this room is ideal for children or friends who do not wish to share a bed. The beds can also be moved around and pushed together to form a double bed of 180cm. The slanted ceiling of this lovely room gives it true personality: your very own cosy getaway. Find plenty of closet space to keep your personal effects and two fun, colourful, high quality fold out futons in the corner of the room. There is as well a full length standing mirror.

Note: Slanted ceiling has a maximum height of 1.79m

BATHROOMS & WC

The main bathroom can be found downstairs. It is fully tiled and comes complete with a bathtub, hand held showerhead, second toilet, washbasin with vanity cabinet, mirror, and a heated towel rail.

The second smaller bathroom is en suite to the master bedroom. It is perfectly appointed with a shower, toilet and washbasin.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
