Location Location Location - Newly Renovated 1 bedroom apartment

This newly renovated apartment is ideally situated on the doorstep of the Main central Place Massena just across from Galerie Lafayette . It benefits from the calm of the prestige Carre D'Or area yet just 3 minutes walk from the buzz of the Old town , Promenade des Anglais and beaches.

The apartment was decorated by London based interior designer Sheean McCormick . The interior has stayed in keeping with a French style with a mix of modern and old. Decorated in a chic, elegant and warm style idea for both short or longer stays.

Turn the key in the lock and open the door step into an impressive long hallway with its original elegant floor tiles and a ornate full length mirror to greet you at the end of the hallway. There is cupboard space for your convenience to store your luggage and hang coats etc.

Living area

Styled with a mix of old and new to compliment the original marble fireplace and floor tiles. Comprised of a 2 seater sofa, armchair , coffee table, side board and TV / DVD and Bose bluetooth speaker for your entertainment . WiFi is also provided for free.

Step out onto the sunny balcony which benefits from all day sun. Here you can enjoy al fresco dining and relax with a glass of French wine.

Kitchen

The stylish kitchen is open plan to the living area. It consists of a fridge freezer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, a dining table with seating for four.

BEDROOM

We know that a good night's sleep is utterly important so for your comfort the bed is UK. king size made by Hypnos (who hold a royal warrant),With a hotel quality Divan platform base and pocket sprung mattress with mattress topper. So if you have a sleepless night it should be for all the right reasons.

There is a double wardrobe, two bedside tables and wall reading lighting. You can also access the balcony from the French doors in the bedroom.

Bathroom

The bathroom host a walk in raindrop shower, a small bath, wash hand basin, large mirror and toilet.

Your Arrival:

You will be welcomed on arrival to the apartment and given the grand tour. Local maps and tourist info will be available in the apartment and we can with you our favourite restaurants etc. You can choose to be met at the apartment or at the nearest airport bus stop,

We speak English and enjoys welcoming guests from all over the world to their temporary home on the Riviera.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL 110 EURO CASH PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL TO THE APARTMENT MANAGER FOR THE SERVICES & UTILITIES.

The French service fee includes end of stay cleaning of apartment, provision and laundering bed linen & towels, meet and greet, a welcome and starter pack of niceties & necessities – a French bottle of wine, nibbles, coffee, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and toilet paper.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10.30am. Should you wish an earlier or later check in we will try our best to accommodate you, depending if there is a same day check in / check out. For late arrivals after 8pm there is an additional fee of 20 euro, for arrivals between 10.00pm to midnight there the fee is 40 euro.

All we ask is that you love and respect our apartment and take good care of it for us. if using fake tan or hair dye please bring your own towels as these products permanently stain our white towels and linen which are expensive to replace. If towels and linen are soiled and stains cannot be removed then unfortunately you will be charged for replacing these items – we hope you understand.

On investigation the apartment above us is also a holiday rental so we have spoken with the building management and who has in turn spoken to the owner of the apartment and alerted them of the issue and they will remind all their guests to be respectful of neighbours. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Patrick (the owner) a message.

If Patrick (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
