La villa si trova ad 1 km dal paese di Nicolosi ai piedi del vulcano Etna, un paesino di montagna estremamente caratteristico dove la pietra lavica la fa da padrona nelle strade, nell'architettura,nelle piazze. Nei periodi di maggiore festività (Natale, Capodanno, Pasqua, i Ponti del 25 aprile e 1° maggio, Ferragosto) e per tutta l'estate, la piazza della Chiesa Madre ospita innumerevoli mercatini artigianali e concerti dal vivo, per non parlare di tutti quei localini tipici dove puoi gustare ogni tipo di prelibatezza siciliana e non.
Un B&B con il laboratorio di pittura aperto agli ospiti. Quì potrai esprimere la tua creatività. La villa è inserita in un giardino con alberi e pini dove godere la lettura di un libro, bere un aperitivo o giocare con i tuoi bimbi nell'area giochi .Ampio giardino intorno, parcheggio auto e WIFI gratuito. Costruita negli anni '70 e ristrutturata nel 2009. Gli spazi esterni del B&B sono condivisi, esiste un parcheggio interno. Non è consentito fumare all'interno della camera e negli ambienti chiusi, esiste un patio con vista giardino con comode poltrone relax anche per fumare. La lavanderia con lavatrice è anche a disposizione. La camera accogliente, arredata con materiali di riciclo, impianto di riscaldamento, climatizzata, offre anche un angolo dove puoi consumare comodamente la tua colazione. La colazione ricca e abbondante può essere richiesta anche vegetariana o vegana. Hai anche la possibilità di prenotare un massaggio olistico. Villa ideale per vacanza. In completo relax. Avrete anche la possibilità di richiedere escursioni Etna con i nostri partners e tutto il materiale cartaceo dei luoghi di grande interesse.
In meno di 1 ora potrete raggiungere diverse località: Gole Alcantara, Taormina, Savoca, Castelmola, la scogliera lavica di Acireale, Acitrezza, Acicastello, Plaja, Noto (patrimonio dell'Unesco) Siracusa, la riserva naturale oasi faunistica di Vendicari.
E' consigliato il mezzo proprio o a noleggio. Le coordinate dall’aeroporto sono Catania - Etna sud. Strada direttrice: Gravina-Mascalucia-Nicolosi. O tangenziale ovest per Messina uscita Gravina di CT direzione Mascalucia Nicolosi. A richiesta si può prenotare il servizio navetta dall’aeroporto.
