You can not get away from Sicily without admiring closely the highest volcano in Europe. Etna is a unique spectacle, especially when it is in operation. The fire, lava, snow and sea under to act as a landscape, is a suggestive vision and indescribable. The winter and summer sports that can be practiced by countless' group hiking, trekking, cycling, mountain biking. The villa is located 1 km from the town of Nicolosi at the foot of Mount Etna, a village of very typical mountain where lava stone is the host in the streets, architecture, squares. In major holidays (Christmas, New Year, Easter, Bridges April 25 and May 1, Assumption) and throughout the summer the Piazza del Duomo is home to many craft markets and live concerts, not to mention all those cafes typical where you can enjoy all kinds of Sicilian delicacy and not. Rent all year for short periods of stay. Christmas / New Year / Epiphany / Easter / Bridge May 1 / August / Weekend. Villa ideal for holiday. Totally relax. It equipped with air conditioning, balconies, central heating. Large garden around the back possibility 'of cars and motorcycles parking. Built in the 70s and renovated in 2009. The property gives you a good site, ideal if you love to relax away from the city, but its strategic position (Eastern Sicily) allows you to quickly reach all the places of greatest interest to beauty landscape, nature and architecture, from Etna (cable car Sapienza refuge km.6,8 - Alcantara Gorges km. 57) to the seaside towns of Acireale km.20, Km.16 Acicastello, Acitrezza km.18 (the writer's hometown Giovanni Verga) km.56,7 Taormina Giardini-Naxos km.49. Catania Fontanarossa airport km.14 Syracuse's 80 kms and 15 kms Etna villages Bronte Randazzo km.37 km.55 Caltagirone km.87 (mother of our tradition of ceramics). How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
