The entire estate has been carefully restored and improved upon by the present owner, a Prince, whose family bought the property more than two hundred years ago.

The Weekly Rate includes : Concierge service by telephone daily 10am > 7pm, welcome delicatessen grocery supplies (local bread, focaccia, fresh milk, jam, orange juice, bottled water, tea, Italian coffee, sugar, eggs, Pecorino cheese, prosciutto, olive oil, butter, yogurt, fresh & dried pasta, fresh pesto, fresh tomato sauce, fresh fruit & vegetables, herbs, biscuits, and sweets), daily buffet breakfast, light lunch and dinner service, bed linens changed twice a week, bathroom and pool linens changed daily as required, daily housekeeping service, end of stay cleaning, estate manager on call, gardener and utilities (water, electricity, cooking gas & WiFi).
