The Rose Pearl, is part of a new collection of luxurious villas in Nikiana, on the popular island of Lefkada. Located on the eastern coast of the island, the villa is only 8km away from Lefkada town and the same distance from the cosmopolitan district of Nidri. Guests can enjoy the nearest beach, which is only 1km away.

The villa has beautiful landscape views at every point. Guests can enjoy the breath-taking mountain scenery as well as the clear blue waters of the sea.

We have placed significant emphasis on providing a comfortable and uniquely unforgettable experience for our guests.

This stylish one floor villa can accommodate up to six people at a time. It features 3 well-designed bedrooms, with a natural feeling throughout the villa. The bedrooms consist of a King size bed, a double bed and two twin beds in each room respectively. Two of these rooms have access to en-suite bathrooms, with a further main bathroom available. With a total of 3 bathrooms in the villa, the two en-suites provide modern showers, with the communal bathroom containing a bathtub.

A light spacious living room and dining area are furnished with beautiful country inspired furniture. This impressive open plan kitchen and living area provide fantastic views over the sea. This living space is 100 sq.m.

Externally, the villa is surrounding by large terraces. In particular the large terrace accessible from the living area provides a large entertainment space and access to the well-kept landscaped gardens. For the guests which enjoy outdoor cooking, there is a traditional BBQ area. There is gated private parking, connected to the villa. The villa has disability access to and from the entrances. The terraces, garden and parking spaces total 622 sq.m.

It is the ideal location for the guests who want to explore one of the Greece’s most unique islands and enjoy a relaxing break away.

    Dear guest The property is a villa since it is a large luxurious country house in its own grounds. This house is 100 sqm with private entrance, private space for two cars a garden with private pool, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
