Let me tell you why you should choose my house; Because 200 meters from the house you can find the quiet beach of Boa, where you can have the luxury of enjoying a swim in the sea at any time of the day without the need of a car, as well as a breakfast or a dinner with sea views in the bars of the beach without mass tourism. Because you can make routes near the sea and the mountain, the closest to the house; surround the communal mount of Boa both by foot and by car and reach the top of Mount San Lois where you can enjoy magical sunsets over the estuary of Muros and Noya. Because 2 minutes by car is the link that allows you to reach Santiago in 20 minutes A Finisterre, Coruña, Pontevedra and Vigo in 60 minutes. To Lugo, Portugal and Orense in 90 minutes. Because my house is divided into two floors exactly the same, totally exterior, spacious (120 m2). and independent, to share only the garage and the green areas that surround the house, each floor rents independently. You will love the spaciousness of the three bedrooms, the two bathrooms, the living room, the kitchen, and the terrace. Because it is located in the center of the village of Boa, but facing the sea and enjoying beautiful views of the river and sunset. Thanks to its location has natural light throughout the day. Because once you have bathed in the sea, enjoyed a good breakfast or food on the beach, and toured the mountain and beaches of the place ..... THERE IS MUCH MORE ......

Sur le web, vous pouvez voir où se trouve ma maison avant de réserver.  Les personnes qui recherchent la plage et les vues ne restent pas dans le centre de Noia, vous pouvez choisir avant de réserver. Dans l'appartement il n'y a pas de sèche-cheveux, cela peut être vu dans la description de ma maison, si le sèche-cheveux était important pour vous, vous devriez chercher une autre maison et nous éviterions cette plainte.   Je m'excuse pour les petites cuillères, elles disparaissent toujours, je ne comprends pas ce qui se passe avec les petites cuillères. En août, avec tant de personnes, il est impossible que tout soit parfait. Si tu m'appelais je t'emmènerais des petites cuillères Si vous voulez un autre jeu de clés, vous demandez un autre jeu de clés, lorsque vous entrez dans la maison. Je suis disponible 24 heures par jour, 7 jours par semaine. Je vous ai dit: si vous avez besoin de quelque chose, écrivez-moi ou appelez-moi, je ne comprends pas cette plainte. Et pour finir ma maison n'est pas une maison de luxe, je ne fais pas de publicité pour une maison avec du luxe et les prix augmentent par les commissions des pages web

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I cancel my booking?

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send CRISTINA (the owner) a message.

    If CRISTINA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
