With a sense of proportion, balance and exclusivity, the 500 square meter home offers unrivalled space and privacy and the facilities to bring together family and friends in one unforgettable location.

The home is just a short drive from Cape Town city centre yet offers the seclusion of a relaxed rural village on arguably Cape Town’s best beach.

INDOOR LIVING

Spoiled for choice, WATERLINE offers multiple relaxation spaces with ground floor lounge, library and study flowing into the tranquil garden. On the upper level, the views take centre stage with open plan lounge, dining and kitchen as well as a TV room all leading onto decks to take in the surrounds.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Decks overlooking the dunes, ocean and mountains lead off the upper lounge and kitchen. With external lounges both front and back and a rim flow pool overlooking the ocean, WATERLINE is designed with luxury in mind. Dine under the external gazebo while our private chef prepares your meal from our outside kitchen or relax on a sun lounger overlooking the pool.

ACCOMMODATION

With 4 luxury suites (2 main-en-suite) the house accommodates up to 10 people. With luxury sheets and bedding, your sleep will be deep and restful.

PRIVATE CHEF

We offer a private chef for the duration of your stay who will provide menu planning, purchasing of provisions and preparation and serving of meals and snacks.

WELLNESS

With both massage and outdoor private yoga instruction, you don’t need to leave WATERLINE to revitalise.

WATER

WATERLINE is 100% self-reliant when it comes to water. We have our own borehole and reverse osmosis water filtration plant that takes us off the municipal grid and gives us more flexibility to offer our guests the service levels they have come to expect.

Water conservation is core to our philosophy both as proud community members but also as responsible global citizens. We recognize the preciousness of this scarce natural resource and promote moderation and sparing usage to our guests.

How do damage deposits work?

If Matthew (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
