Fisher Dairy offers high quality self – catering accommodation in a converted Sussex barn on a quiet working farm to the south of Chichester.

The accommodation is comprised of two double / twin rooms comfortably sleeping four within a self – contained cottage and is available for weekly and half week lets. The cottage has its own private enclosed garden and is located just off a country lane / cycle route. The local area offers a wide range of entertainment options from sandy beaches through to theatre and motor racing - something to suit all tastes.

Hi Chris and thank you for your feed back. Yes our property is rural - it is a barn conversion in secluded countryside. We take on board your comment re easy chairs. It is July and so the underfloor heating is not on at this time of year at all otherwise the cottage just gets too hot. You did not report and issue with heating and in our welcome pack we do ask that if you require changes to the heating system to let us know. The boiler is 25kw (more than adequate) but had been 'turned down' by the heating engineer at last service in June. This has now been rectified. We do not promise the provision of basics (although we do provide) but you point is taken on board re milk - we will provide a small jug for guests in future. The nearest shop is 2 miles away Please take note of our other reviews Thanks

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Stuart (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
