After parking in either of the two completely covered carports you will enter the house via the front door located on the ocean side of the house. Located in the middle of the lower level is a stair case that goes from the carport to the loft of the home.
Directly to the left of the front door and stairs is the first of the four bedrooms that this home has to offer. Bedroom one has a queen bed and access to the lower level ocean-view deck. Bedroom two is located behind bedroom one on the sound-side of the house. This bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, a private sound-view deck with stairs to the ground level and access to the bathroom shared with bedroom 1.
To the right of the front door is bedroom three containing a king bed, private full bathroom with double sinks, a large book library, TV and access to the front ocean-view deck. This lower ocean-view deck has a swing and Adirondack chairs so you can comfortably relax while enjoying your ocean view. A washer and dryer are also located on this level for guest convenience.
Up the stairs to the main level is the spacious living space. Directly in front of the stairs is a fully equipped galley-style kitchen featuring plenty of cabinet and counter space. To the left of the stairs is small desk and the dining table that seats eight. Sliding glass doors out to the open upper ocean-view deck round off this fantastic space. On the sound-side of the living space lies the living room providing a leather couch, love seat and two additional arm chairs, each position facing the flat screen TV and decorative fireplace.
Off the living room is another deck. This deck is screened-in and has a table and chairs for enjoying a meal in outside comfort. A small additional set of stairs take you to a cozy seating area with a picture window, a perfect lookout for enjoying your ocean view.
To the right of the stairs is the master bedroom. This bedroom features a king bed, deck access and a huge bathroom with a double vanity, stand up shower and garden tub. This bathroom also has access from the hallway.
This exclusive community offers a pool, tennis court, clubhouse, beach access and a sound view dock with a small launch for canoes and kayaks. You can look, but you wont come close to “Ocean Lookout's” amazing views and the amount of comforts and amenities provided at this beautiful property.

Also, our vacation homes do not have many of the consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Once you book your vacation, we’ll provide you with a list of items that you may want to consider bringing with you on your vacation.

**Cancellation: Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period. Every effort will be made to re-book the property. If property is re-rented, Guest will receive reimbursement of payments made less nonrefundable reservation fee, cancellation fee (varies by property), and third-party fees (travel insurance, security deposit alternative, insurance, convenience fee, etc.). Insurance fees shall not be reimbursed unless the Agent is reimbursed by the issuing insurance company.
**Check In Day: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as we are notified your rental is ready for check in, we will give you a courtesy call on the cell phone number that you provided above and we will send your check in instructions via email. All homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue keys or passes. Please note: keys or door codes will NOT be given to anyone under the age of 25 or to anyone who is not named on the reservation. If you need to authorize someone other than yourself to pick up keys or receive a door code email, please notify our office prior to your arrival date.
