**Cancellation: Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period. Every effort will be made to re-book the property. **Check In Day: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival.
