Villa in the Malagasy style roof satrana and rosewood paneling in a secure co-ownership. Located in Nosy Be Andilana between Hellville and it is built on a hillside, overlooking the Indian Ocean whose Manga Bay Beach is distant 200 meters from the estate. This villa enjoys the gentle trade winds and natural ventilation that makes living in any season without fear of heat or heavy rain. Besides the kitchen, the living room and a veranda of 60 square meters overlooking the ocean, it has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms associated with a sleeping 6 people. Full ownership private pool with adjoining fare for friendly lunches and snacks. Malagasy masseuses will come to you to make you spend an hour of rest and relaxation around the pool. A housekeeper and a gardener maintain a continuous service. You can avail the Samsan of cooking skills you will discover the flavors of a delicate cuisine. It will assist you to find the best products at the best price you decide to build your menus. It will help you find the services you need; car, taxi, telephone, wifi ... It will give you the advice to visit the wonders surrounding Nosy Komba, Nosy Iranja, Mitsio, Lemuria Land or Nosy Antsoa desert island completely colonized by lemurs free hosting with interest if you offer them a few bunches of bananas .Des professional bass fishing reside on the field and you can experience exceptional moments in search of sailfish, marlin, kingfish, dolphin fish, sharks and barracudas. Why can't I call Claude (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Claude (the owner) a message.

If Claude (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
