Villa surrounded by greenery, 100 mt. from the sea (every year the important LEGAMBIENTE recognition 5 clean sea blue sails) of the protected oriented reserve of Vendicari (Cittadella) in the territory of the Noto Barocca, province of Syracuse. The villa is independent (shared entrance with another villa) and consists of three bedrooms for 6 beds, a living room kitchen, an internal wc and an external wc, large veranda, garden and n. 1 parking space on the property. The garden is private delimited by plants. Possibility to accommodate up to 10 people for info on prices, contact via email. It is 2 km from the village of Marzamemi, 5 km from Portopalo di Capo Passero, 10 km from Noto, 25 km from the lakes of Cavagrande del Cassibile, 40 km from Syracuse and Ragusa. The area is well served in the vicinity there are restaurants, pizzerias, rotisseries, shops, tobacco shops, bars, etc. everyday street vendors offer bread, hot croissants, fruit and vegetable ice creams.
