This 1 bedroom property offers spacious accommodation and is equally suitable for a couple, small family or single guest looking to explore the beaches and fishing villages of South East Cornwall, the Tamar Valley, Plymouth and beyond. Centrally located so that you can also venture further into both Cornwall and Devon with convenient access to many National Trust properties, The Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan and so much more.

This two storey, natural stone fronted cottage with beamed ceilings feels spacious and is fitted with good quality co-ordinated carpets, furnishings and fabrics, creating a real ‘home from home' feel.

Provided is a TV with Freeview and DVD player, a washer dryer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, iron and a full complement of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

The property is very versatile, for extra capacity the open plan lounge offers a good quality sofa bed (suitable for 1 child up to 12 years of age, small charge applies). A travel cot or chair bed (for a child up to 6 years of age, small charge applies) can be provided in the Main bedroom depending on your party members requirements. The bathroom has either a bath and enclosed shower cubicle or a bath with shower over.

One allocated car park space with additional available. Wi-fi is provided free of charge.

In addition to the accommodation above you also have the added benefit of membership for the duration of your stay to an exclusive leisure club just over 8 minutes away by car. A full size indoor pool with 25 metre lanes, fun zones and most importantly a modern aqua spa with steam room, sauna and relaxing whirlpool are all included free of charge making your stay that extra bit special. Please note, membership allocation is for up to 2 adults and 2 children up to 17 years of age (under 5's don't require a membership). Additional daily guest passes are available at the club and are very reasonably priced. The club has a relaxed brasserie where as one of our guests you can purchase food and beverages with the added bonus of 20% discount.

Top quality cottage

Great location for Plymouth and South West Cornwall. Very good quality cottage, surprisingly large for a one bed. Grounds are impeccably maintained.

The pub that you mention is The Notter Bridge Inn which is just a short stroll from our entrance and is a separate business, it’s a great option amongst many local pubs, ideal to be able to walk out and have a bite to eat and a few relaxing drinks. We are also really pleased that you took the opportunity to visit the leisure club to take advantage of their fantastic facilities. In addition to the large gym and indoor pool, the spa offers an added touch of luxury when you choose to stay with us, a real treat. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
