From the owner

Haven on the outskirts of Noumea, close to the shops, on the southern tourist route. Robinson cottages are a family structure consisting of 2 houses and 2 vacation rentals in apartments for 2 to 6 people according to housing. Our 4 SPEs are luxury accommodations (equivalent to 3 ears lodging of France). The fare Crusoe is located on our property, it's a high-fully equipped villa with 3 bedrooms for 4 people (2 rooms) and up to 6 peronnes.

Votre amie Ma. vous a réservé ce logement spacieux (3 chambres/120m²) qui a répondu je pense à vos attentes. Vous avez de plus bénéficié d'une météo idéale. Carole and Gilles were excellent hosts. The accommodation was very good and well situated. It was also very clean.

Bonjour Jacqueline et Alain, C’est avec plaisir que nous vous avons accueillis au faré pacifique en novembre dernier. Nous nous sommes vu pratiquement tous les jours pendant votre séjour et nous avons partagé des pauses café …. et à notre grande surprise, c’est à votre retour que vous publiez cet avis. Pourquoi ? Votre commentaire nous trouble. Nous avons fait notre possible pour remédier aux incidents imprévisibles que vous citez : -la climatisation en panne a été réparée le lendemain, -le loueur de voiture vous a oublié : Gil s’est démené pour vous trouver un véhicule de remplacement correspondant à vos critères, et cela une une veille de weekend. Il vous a conduit avec son véhicule personnel chez un loueur pour récupérer une voiture de location et commencer vos vacances sans tarder. Pour précision, l’organisation d’une location de voiture tout comme celle d’un transfert-aéroport, sont des services que nous proposions pour le confort de nos hôtes. Doit-on arrêter pour ne pas risquer une défaillance de prestataires ? -le frigidaire a été changé dans l’heure qui a suivi, nous vous avons même indemnisé des glaces fondues. Que pouvions nous faire de plus ? - seul le faré Coco est aménagé et adapté à l’accueil de personnes à mobilité réduite et vous avez logé au faré Pacifique qui est à l’opposé, -la piscine est fermée pour nettoyage le même jour toutes les semaines (conformément au règlement intérieur et à la mention indiquée sur le contrat que vous avez signé). C’était le jour de votre départ pour un voyage de + de 24h00. Pendant votre séjour, vous vous êtes baigné à la piscine en dehors des créneaux d’ouverture, nous n’avons rien dis dans la mesure ou sela ne dérangait pas … et vous avez été choqué ! Sans nous en parler ! Pourquoi ? - vous reprochez à Gil de ne pas être venu vous dire au revoir alors que vous saviez qu’il était malade, - et encore plus de remarques …. Il semblerai que nous n’ayons pas su répondre à vos attentes. Nous le regrettons réellement. Nous vous remercions d’avoir partagé vos remarques qui nous aiderons à nous améliorer. If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Leconte (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Leconte (the owner) a message.

If Leconte (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
