We live in harmony with untouched nature

In the evening you sleepy silence ... and peace ... In the morning you through the window wakes up singing birds and roosters crow . Not a car horn or ringing cell phone because cell phones have no signal here .
It is a story of the Old Chapel , a small Slavonian village in the municipality of Nova Kapela embraced Pozeska up and forty kilometers away from Slavonski Brod and the same number of Nova Gradiska .
The village is threatened with extinction . The 1953rd Here lived 164 inhabitants , to 2011th had only 15 inhabitants .
In this idyllic village is " Tunjina house " , a picturesque estate fairytale family owned Staklarević .
To the old " grandfathers hearth " back to life we restored in authentic style, the entire property using old bricks , tiles , timber , in order to accommodate guests who want peace and relaxation away from the city hustle and bustle of modern life .
We offer accommodation in two comfortable apartments equipped with antique beds, handmade linens, closets , glass jars , and many items that our grandparents used in everyday life .
In addition to the farm is a tasting room and wine cellar for 50 guests where you are going with the sounds of Slavonia band players enjoy a wide variety of Slavonian culinary specialties and a glass of refreshment
Here you can in a pleasant atmosphere to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, graduations , weddings , confirmations and other family celebrations as well as maintain a relaxed business meeting or seminar . We have prepared plenty of activities for which you wish to stay for a long time and then come back to our farm . In a beautiful natural environment we have kilometer walking trails in the surrounding hills with rest areas and vantage points from which a view on the village itself and the surrounding area .
Near the village family owns a pond that anyone tired of the everyday rush offers fishing in peace and quiet . And for guests who prefer a more active vacation , we offer recreational riding and rehabilitation , as well as participation in Slavonian folk customs such as the pig , picking corn , picking the old varieties of fruit , jam cooking , baking bread in wood-fired oven .

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
