This is a very bright south and South West facing nicely furnished Ground fLoor Garden Corner End 3 bed apartment measuring 176 sq meters inside and 59sq meters south and southwest facing terrace so gets sun from 11 A.M to 9 P.M in summer and 11 A.M to 5 P:M in winter. It also has air conditioning / central heating , Sky cable TV with sky sports news etc , Stereo and CD Player, fully fitted kitchen with washing and drying machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer microwave, oven and hob electric kettle plumbed in water filter. Its large 46.33 sq.m. terrace with south west facing sea view, has barbecue, large barbecue table and chairs, ,and cold shower The apartment also overlooks the large swimming pool including separate children's pool, paddle tennis courts and tennis club. Located close to the Andalusia Plaza Hotel and Casino it is just 12 minutes walk to the center of Puerto Banus beach and restaurants, etc and to Centro Plazo local commercial center. The apartment / condo is in golf valley with easy access to 40 golf courses especially La Quinta, Los Naranjos, Aloha and Las Brisas etc. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars all within easy walking distance so is very central with easy access to the shops and bars.

How do damage deposits work?
