One of the most prestige locations in NUEVO VALLARTA, RIVIERA NAYARIT. The unit welcomes you with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and Sierra Madre. Enjoy amazing sunsets from the spacious balcony and while sipping coffee or margarita you can see dolphins playing in the ocean. The beautiful beach invites you for a long walks, volleyball or relaxation.

Property is located directly on the beach with two huge infinity pools and a smaller pool located right ON the beach in the sand in front of the property. Property is very safe and secure with 24/7 gated security with very trustworthy friendly guards.

Only 8 minutes drive or 25 min BEACH walk to small city of Bucerias for restaurants, shopping, yummy margaritas, coronas .....etc. 5 minute drive to Supermarket MEGA, 10 minute drive to brand new WALMART and 30 minutes drive to PUERTO VALLARTA CENTRO.

Unit is fully furnished with kitchen fully stocked Queen size bed + sofabed, dinning table with 4chairs, patio table with 4 chairs. Linens, towels and beach towels provided. Fresh water provided. ( Large Brand New Fridge, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, blender etc.) Charcoal BBQ on spacious balcony with BBQ utensils. Also available IPod-doc, LG Flat screen TV with DVD, and much more). LAUNDRY ROOM with washer and dryer.

Should you be interested in any tours or activities while visiting Vallarta, let me know, I know a very nice person who is honest and very reasonable for booking tours....be aware of the street and beach tour sellers.

Dear Sylvia, We are sorry for the construction incoveniance. On one hand we were upset also as they started the work few months earlier than expected thus we were not able to added to our add. On the other hand we are happy they did started earlier as it will be completed before the next winter season and we will have more beautiful property with more anemities to offer to our clients. We are working now on upgrading and renovating all units. Even thow the units are farely new the humidity and salt water makes everything look overused faster. We hope you return when all is completed, we hope by winter 2019 it will be done and so much more beautiful. Thank you for your visit.

I am not at the location as I live in Europe and Canada, thus we have a customer service manager who speaks Spanish and Issac who speaks English, they are both at the property on daily basis and in constant communication. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jana (the owner) a message.

If Jana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
