Jipsi Beach House is a beautiful Villa with a beach front location.

The property is nestled upon 2000m2 of tropical gardens and lush lawns leading to a white sandy beach and clear ocean beyond.

The property has 4 bedrooms.

The main house has two air conditioned bedrooms. The master suite has a queen bed. The sofa can be made up for a small child if needed. The second bedroom has a double bed and four single beds in bunk bed style. This room can accommodate 6 people. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The main living area has bi-fold doors which opens up the house onto the expansive timber deck for al fresco dining. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and basic food supplies such as oil, sauces, flour, rice, pasta, sugar and long life milk.

A separate master bedroom with attached ensuite bathroom adjoins the main villa via a walk way.

A small cabin adjacent to the main villa has a double bed which is suitable for a teenager. It has a small bathroom attached.

It is air-conditioned. There is a pergola sitting area with table and chairs out the front.

The pool is 5 x 10 metres and is surrounded by a timber deck.

The outdoor living pavilion is located by the pool and comprises of lounge area, dining table for 10 and a bar.

This undercover area provides shelter from the tropical sun and rain whilst still being able to enjoy the openness of the property.

There are 6 sun lounges situated on the pool deck to enjoy the sun and another two sun lounges up at the house under the cover of shady trees on the house deck. The massage table is also located on the house deck.

Under the living pavilion is another bathroom.

The property has direct rear road access and also direct access to the beach. From here you are able to explore the island via the hiking paths or by motor bike. The island offers many restaurants and bars for your enjoyment.

Three full time staff, Made, Gian and Gede are able to assist with your holiday needs. They are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Gian manages the daily cleaning of the villa and is available for child minding. Gian can assist with preparing foods and is able to do snacks and breakfast. Made attends to the pool and is able to assist with your transport needs, motor bike rental, boat hire and obtaining food and beverages from local sources. Gede is our gardener.

The property is child friendly and offers many fun activities directly in front of the Villa such as swimming, fishing, snorkelling, surfing, SUP and boating. The expansive lawns allows for children to run and play or to enjoy a game of cricket or volleyball. We have the most beautiful view across the Badung Strait to Bali and to the volcano Gunung Agung.

In the late afternoon when the tide goes out, the reef is exposed and little rock pools are interesting to investigate. Play grounds surf break is just a short paddle out right in front of our villa. You can see the surf from the front lawn.

Jipsi Beach House is a very peaceful and private property which is beautifully appointed and promises to give you a relaxing and memorable holiday.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Gabriella (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
