Villa Penyon is a beautiful villa on the island of Nusa Lembongan, Bali, – with 3 bedrooms 3 ensuite bathrooms and a private pool with excellent sea view. - In total plenty of space, luxury and privacy offering you best-value Villa accomodation on Nusa Lembongan, Bali.

Villa Penyon is located on the north of Nusa Lembongan in the beautiful white sandy bay of Tamarind beach, also known as Pantai Selegimpak.

The Villa has a stunning view towards the Bali Sea with the high rising Mount Agung in the background. „Included“ in the view are the surfbreaks of Shipwreck, Laceration and Playground. It's a short walk to the white sandy beach - only around 50 m. and from here it is a short paddle to the surf like "Playgrounds".

The villa has a nice garden, large sun-deck and terrace areas for hanging around , eating and drinking with family or friends.

The villa offers comfortable, spacious and clean rooms with a balinese touch and friendly service at affordable prices.

The villa has 3 seperate bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and all rooms offer splendid views of the sea with Bali and its volcanoes in the horizon. With the supplement of extra-beds the villa can accomodate up to 10 persons (normally 6 adults and 4 children).

The villa is rented as complete private villas – serviced by our friendly staff – for a maximum as mentioned up to 10 persons. The „Full villa rental“ ensures you your privacy or the extra „space“ for your family or friends.

The villa is fully serviced and prices are including breakfast, which is prepared by our friendly staff – who also takes care of daily cleaning and try to accommodate all wishes from the guests. Our chef is available with a full menu to cook for you in the comfort of the villa, for lunch, dinner or just snacks.

Fresh drinking water is available free of charge within the villa.

A communal living space with relaxed lounge room including television, DVD player and stereo are available for your use. A number of DVD's and books are available for you to borrow free of charge.

Fast speed Wifi is free of charge at the villa.

The pool with the beautiful view are of course at free disposal for guests all day long and pool towels are provided. Please be aware that the pool is not fenced so if you have young children, appropriate supervision should be provided at all times.

To ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible several arrangements can be made to accommodate your needs.

Snorkeling-trips

Surfing is easy accessible. In the bay in front of the villas – just a short paddle away – are the famous reef breaks like “Playgrounds”, “Shipwrecks”, “Lacerations” or catch a transport to “Ceningan”.

Diving ranges from easy diving at the bay to challenging drift dives around the island and neighboring Island Nusa Penida. Divesites include the world famous “Manta Point” and beautiful sites like Crystal Bay, Toyapakeh and others with regular sightings of “Mola Mola” (Sunfish) in Season (mostly from June – October).

Several dive-sites are also suited for Snorkeling. But places like the bay just outside the villa or some of the other beaches around are also suitable for viewing fish and corals.

Why can't I call Fiona (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Fiona (the owner) a message.

If Fiona (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
