Apartamento céntrico, al lado del paseo marítimo a 5 minutos andando al puerto pesquero y estación de autobuses, aparcamiento gratuito en la zona.

El barrio es bastante tranquilo y seguro, lo que viene siendo una zona residencial. Es bastante común ver gente caminando a altas horas de la noche volviendo a casa de los bares y lugares de copas, o tan solo paseando al perro. A veces es genial salir un rato y sentarse al lado de la costa y relajarse con el sonido del mar.

Zona marítima y tranquila para descanso. Con playa a 800 m.

Aunque el apartamento da a la huerta trasera y otras huertas del vecindario, justo en frente del edificio hay un paseo que recorre una gran parte de la costa con carril bici/patin/etc. Si te gusta la bicicleta o correr o patinar, será perfecto para ti. Hay cerca una pista de fútbol y cancha de baloncesto además de un parque infantil.

Dispone de 2 habitaciones con cama de matrimonio y exteriores.

Como nota, el apartamento no dispone de calefacción aunque no sería necesaria durante el verano, claro que depende de la meteorología.

El apartamento está en un segundo piso sin ascensor, en realidad es bastante fácil de subir. Nunca he recibido quejas al respecto.

Se aceptan perros (y nos encantan) además existen playas aptas para ellos.

Dispone de conexión WiFi a Internet gratis incluido.

Ropa de cama y toallas incluidas.

Para disfrutar del entorno les podemos proporcionar un número limitado de bicicletas, material de buceo (snorkel y neoprenos).

IMPORTANTE: NORMAS DEL APARTAMENTO

- Como ya indiqué, los perros son absolutamente bienvenidos pero por supuesto, tú eres el responsable ante cualquier daño y de la limpieza :-)

- Se consideran niños los menores de 12 años.

- NO se permite que las mascotas accedan a las habitaciones.

- Aunque es un anuncio de no fumadores, puedes hacerlo en las ventanas o en la galería de la cocina evitando que entren olores al resto del apartamento.

- También los vecinos agradecen que no se haga ruido en exceso.

- El acceso al apartamento se limita a los inquilinos en la reserva. Lo siento pero NO se permiten invitados.

    The neighbors are grateful that no noise is made in excess.

    How do damage deposits work?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Olga (the owner) a message.

    If Olga (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
