Appartement 3 pièces 55m2 chaleureux et cosy classé 3 étoiles avec balcon, situé au 3ème étage d'une résidence avec vue exceptionnelle sur le parc de l'Altau et le vignoble du Clos Ste Odile.

Idéalement situé à 5min du centre d'Obernai, ce logement peut accueillir 4 personnes.

Il se compose d'une cuisine équipée, un salon/séjour/TV, 2 chambres à coucher, une salle de bain avec baignoire et un WC séparé.

Possibilité de rajouter un lit bébé et une chaise haute.

La résidence se trouve dans un cadre calme et verdoyant en face du parc municipal et à proximité de toutes commodités ( boulangeries, pharmacies, restaurants, boutiques).

La taxe de séjour n'est pas incluse dans le prix, elle est à régler au propriétaire à votre arrivée.Elle est de 1.10 euros par personne par nuit.

How do damage deposits work?
