Response from the owner The internet line kept being dropped. I am happy to report that this problem has been rectified. Thank you.

Bay Leaf cottage is the perfect place to stay in Cape Town if you want something more exciting than a standard hotel room. We were made to feel welcome the minute we arrived. The cottage was spacious and clean, everything we needed was there. Mickey, the cleaning lady came in twice a week, change the linen once a week and the towels twice a week. The place was fresh and tidy every time she left. The location is great for business and holiday travel. Very well situated allowing easy access by car to everything Cape Town has to offer. As you step out of the door you get views of Table Mountain and can check if the cable car is running. Each morning Table Mountain provides a different outlook with its unique table cloth cloud and stunning scenery. Easy (few minutes) walking distance to shops, restaurants and Groote Schuur / UCT Private Hospitals. It was very secure with a space for parking. Wayne and Gwen were wonderful hosts, very friendly and helpful; (stay next door) nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to stay at Bay Leaf Cottage again. Three of us, stayed for two months, November and December 2012.
