Booking an off season rental is probably the SAFEST time to visit OCMD during COVID19 since you will avoid the crowds! Book your late summer get-away now!

DISCLOSURE: We rent to families ONLY & you must be 25yo or older to book this property. This is a NON-SMOKING property. No groups of students allowed. WHEN BOOKING please look for an email from me (check your FLIPKEY BOX) for I WILL NOT accept a booking without first touching base with a prospective new guest. NO PETS!

Due to COVID comforters and pillows have been removed. We encourage guests to bring their own comforters and pillows. As of 9/16/22 we have the following items stored in bedroom closets: 1 King + 1 Queen + 3 single blankets and 4 single comforters and six bed pillows. We do not guarantee this exact count since from time-to-time some of our bedding items go missing. We plan to return the comforters to each of the beds starting 5/27/2023.

ICE COLD AIR! We just installed a new high efficiency HVAC system with a whole-house carbon based air cleaner which will greatly reduce dust will keep the air smelling fresh. Don't risk renting a condo with an old HVAC system on its last legs!

We continue to make upgrades and improvements to our condo, recently we installed new carpeting and added some new cool beach decor items like large format oil paintings and a light up mini palm tree and a new wall mounted smart 60" Ultra 4K HDTV in living room and 4K HDTVs in the adult bedrooms with cool activated apps like YouTubeTV + Pluto TV + Netflix and more! We also added a bluetooth stereo/CD to allow you to stream your favorite music from your phone. And a wall mounted computer monitor (with VGA/HDMI/D-Port inputs) at the desk in the master bedroom, and added fast USB chargers in every room to help you charge your devices. And new for 2021 our condo will have gigabit speed Internet!

We typically rent by the week SAT:SAT from Memorial Day week thru Labor Day week (unless we are running a special). FlipKey might give you a rate for less than a week (which is invalid - we only rent by the week Memorial Day thru mid September). But we do offer mini-weeks during the off-season!

YES! we have both a Keurig coffee maker and a regular coffee maker.

YES! EV chargers are available at the Holiday Inn auxiliary parking lot on 67th Street: $10/day - includes both Tesla and standard Level 2 chargers. Walking distance to condo.

Master Bedroom includes writing desk+computer monitor+LCD TV+wif. All room include fast USB chargers.

This is a FIVE STAR highly upgraded luxury condo on Sunset Island. One of the biggest complaints that vacationers have with other units is that they are not CLEAN! You can rest assure that our unit is SPOTLESS! We enforce the highest code of quality with keeping our unit extremely clean! Entire condo was recently painted with beautiful designer beach inspired colors. Also, All carpeting & tile grout; and living room furniture upholstery professionally cleaned & all bedding laundried on 8/21/2022. Also, our unit is baby/kid friendly; we've baby proofed most of the unit and it includes a baby crib; baby tub; booster seat; pack-n-play; and potty - and if you don't need these items, they store easy in the kids room closet out of site and out of the way.

Come enjoy the beach in a beautiful, newly constructed, high-end luxury condo nestled within the Sunset Island community at Ocean City, Maryland. Once you arrive, there is no need to drive, as Sunset Island offers three private bayside beaches, indoor and outdoor pools plus kiddy pool, an interactive fountain for the kids, clubhouse, fitness center, walking trail, marina, crabbing and fishing pier, restaurant and other amenities. Furthermore, Sunset Island is within walking distance to Ocean City's beaches, restaurants, and amusements. For your safety, Sunset Island also offers a gated entry with traffic monitored 24/7 by a security guard.

Ocean City Maryland is a barrier island 10 miles long and five blocks wide enjoyed by many families for its beautiful white sandy beaches, recreational boating, golfing and amusement parks. Sunset Island is easily accessible by automobile from a variety of convenient scenic beach routes.

Thank you so much for staying at our Sunset Island Condo and I'm glad your family had a good visit. Sunset Island is absolutely perfect for families with small children since it's a gated community and kids can ride bikes and scooters and walk the grounds without worrying about the general beach traffic driving around the streets. Thank you for reporting the issue with the private balcony slider door lock which has already been repaired. We feel we maintain our unit much better than most. And we add new capital improvements annually; we are in the process right now of installing a wall mounted computer monitor and mini-laser printer at the computer desk in the master bedroom. More capital improvements are planed during the up-coming off season. Dennis & Diana

The Landing outdoor restaurant has amazing food and typically has live music every night throughout the summer. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Dennis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
