Revel in an exclusive penthouse level beach condo at the Lorelei II in one of only a few rentals available in the primarily owner-occupied condo building overlooking a family friendly swimming pool with free sun! This freshly painted 2BR/2BA condo RENTS SUNDAY TO SUNDAY ONLY sleeps 6 and is located across the street from fabulous Northside Park and a just a few short walking blocks to the beautiful white sandy beach voted as one of the country’s best by Coastal Magazine. Appreciate a less crowded beach and sunny areas not shaded by large, towering buildings. It is easy to get to, clean, and beautiful.

The park side condo, which has been professionally decorated and furnished, freshly painted and is meticulously clean, is smoke free and follows CDC sanitizing guidelines and located in the quiet section of North Ocean City. It offers a well maintained and fully equipped kitchen with place settings for 12, 50" Samsung flat screen TV with DVD player in the LR, Samsung LED flat screen TVs in each of the bedrooms, new full-size washer / dryer, and Free Wi-Fi. The master suite has a king size bed, large walk-in closet, separate double sink vanity/make up area, and newly renovated walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a full-size bed along with a twin bed. In the living room there is a queen size sofa sleeper.

Enjoy cocktails on the NEW balcony furniture during the sunset because “It’s five o’clock somewhere.” The storage room has for your use: 3 large beach carts, four (7) beach chairs, two (3) beach umbrellas, four (4) boogie boards, three (3) noodles, two (2) crab traps, two (2) crab nets and a large bucket full of sand toys. So, bring your sunscreen, beach towels, and linens and come and enjoy your beach vacation! Check out our YouTube video "Beach & Bay Lorelei II Unit 404". There is private off street covered parking for two (2) vehicles. Sorry, no pets due to a condo policy and there is no smoking on the premises.

Northside Park (58 acres) offers crabbing, fishing, kayaking along with the walking/jogging paths, biking, children’s playground, yoga area, free exercise/fitness equipment, rest rooms, grilling facility, and a pavilion. A perfect location for out of town visitors participating in softball, lacrosse, and soccer tournaments. Every Sunday (July-August) enjoy “Sundaes in the Park” where musical groups perform for free and kids make their own Sundaes. On the 4th of July experience front row seats to the fireworks from the Lorelei II.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jackie & John (the owner) a message.

If Jackie & John (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
