Welcome to our Beach side Retreat, a cozy well furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath home that is just ONE SHORT BLOCK from the beach. The house will comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults. PLEASE NOTE SUMMER RATES & ONE WEEK MINIMUM STAY DURING SUMMER FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION:

Two Stories: Entrance is on the first level, with the living room, kitchen, dining room and one bath. 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath upstairs. You can also enjoy the beautiful San Diego weather in our large shared but private courtyard.

Master bedroom has a king-sized bed; the second bedroom has 2 queen-size beds and there's a murphy (full-sized) bed on the first floor.

Our garage also contains everything you need to enjoy your day at the Beach (including umbrellas, chairs, beach toys, bicycles, boogie boards, toy wagon, wet suits etc).

LOCATION:

•A short minute's walk to the beach.

•Very close to downtown Oceanside and10 minute walk to Oceanside Pier.

•Amtrack/Metrolink is also nearby.

•It's about a 10 minute drive to Legoland and Carlsbad. 30 minutes drive south to San Diego, Sea World, San Diego Zoo and other SD attractions.

•Drive 45 minutes north to Disneyland, Universal Studios and other Orange County attractions.

You will enjoy the entire space to yourself, it's quiet with complete privacy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Len (the owner) a message.

If Len (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
