SLEEPING: Sleeps 4: Cal King in the Master bedroom and Queen Murphy bed in the living room. All bedding is included.

FACILITY: One assigned parking space, standard beach equipment, brand new WASHERs and DRYERs on site, beautifully landscaped grounds with a swimming pool, sauna, large gymnasium, and game rooms.

THE VIEW

Enjoy elevated gorgeous views of the sand, ocean, and pier from your unit on the top floor of the 2-story Building D Cottages. Hear, see, and smell the waves, feel the cool sea breeze, and relax on a spacious private balcony where a built-in bar counter and seating make it easy to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee as you watch the sun rise over the ocean. Lighthouse on the Shore faces Southwest down the beach offering ocean views from the balcony, living room, dining room, and kitchen.

LIVING AREA

The spacious, open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room with plenty of seating offering ocean views. The unit has been re-furnished with a new comfortable sectional with a chaise and swivel armchair. The wall-mounted flat-screen sits above a gas-powered fireplace and offers cable TV with 250+ channels, as well as streaming capability with an Amazon Fire Stick. Hi-speed wireless internet is also provided. Enjoy a warm evening fire curled up in plush blankets to end the day in a relaxing atmosphere.

KITCHEN AND DINING

The kitchen features extended granite counters to allow for bar stool seating in addition to the dining table which can be expanded to accommodate more guests. The cobalt blue backsplash tiles and clean white appliances continue the coastal blue-and-white theme throughout the whole unit. The cabinets have been fully stocked with all-new cooking and BBQ utensils, as well as plenty of dinnerware. You have everything you need to create any of your favorite meals as you overlook the ocean and pier.

BATHROOM

The upgraded bathroom has a custom, frameless, and tiled walk-in shower and a separate vanity area with bright lighting, mirrors, and plenty of drawers to house your toiletries for your stay. The unit provides hotel-quality towels, a hairdryer, and a flat iron. The bathroom is accessorized with new bathroom hardware and sconces in a brush-nickel finish.

SLEEPING

The ocean sounds will lull you to sleep in the spacious master bedroom furnished with a Cal King mattress. The room is also equipped with a flat-screen with Cable TV offering HBO®, SHOWTIME®, and more, plus a DVD player. Built-in cabinets and drawers offer ample storage to help you feel right at home for the duration of your stay. Additional sleeping is found in the main living room where there is a comfortable pull-down queen-size Murphy bed, allowing the unit to accommodate a maximum of 4 adults.

PARKING

Your vehicle will be parked in a covered, gated garage with a reserved parking spot just a few steps away from the unit. Additional parking is available in guest parking spots in the garages (for 24 hours) and in a public lot north of the building for $5 per day including overnight with a NCV guest pass. Two large hanging cabinets store all things you will need for a day at the beach, including boogie boards, chairs, sand toys, and an umbrella.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell, you can make use of the 2 ceiling fans, one in the bedroom and one over the dining room table, as well as a portable tower fan. The dining area and balcony offer cozy blankets for a chilly night, and the gas-powered fireplace also warms things up in the living area.

THE GROUNDS

D4 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. D-4 is just steps away from amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, sauna, as well as brand new laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Families can enjoy the pool, foosball and ping-pong tables in the community rooms. There is even a library where you can read, work or study quietly, and take a book and/or leave a book. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation.

How do damage deposits work?
