On the first floor of an elegant building of recognized historical value, it is a charming apartment with high ceilings (3.20 meters) specially renovated and equipped to meet the needs of those who want to feel at HOME, even while away from home. Piazza Grande Home can accommodate up to 5 people and can be rented for a minimum of three days but also for long periods (more than 6 months). Divided into two independent rooms, each with private bath, which can be rented separately, Piazza Grande Home is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, free wifi, laundry and bath, hair dryer and smart TVs. Common to the two rooms the entrance and a fully furnished and equipped kitchen, always at your disposal to eat, to study or work, or to have a chat. For those traveling with children, on request, there is a single bed can be positioned in both chambers. We are animal lovers.

    All you will find in the apartment is for you, to make you feel comfortable. We shall be very grateful to you if, during your stay, you will help our environment by differentiating your garbage collection. Please, inform us if your pet-friend travels with you. If you uncover broken or non-working home-ware or you happen to break something, please inform us! At the end of your stay, the house shall be returned cleaned. Check-in never before 1 PM and after 8 PM, check-out never after 11.00 AM.

    3 very good days in Oderzo !!

    We were 3 days in Oderzo because we have to go to Caorle to see an international competition of Decathlon. Very nice appartment and very nice situation in the middle of the town of Oderzo.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Luigina (the owner) a message.

    If Luigina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
