Villa Jelenic by Bertovic has been designed around the idea of an active vacation. We were thinking about all of you; young and old, active and passive, something for everyone! Over the last 15 years, we have travelled around the globe and lived in some interesting places and we picked up a few ideas along the way. The house is really interesting architecturally with a number of different levels and interior decoration styles; from rustic to modern with specific attention to details. We trust that as soon as you step out of your car and see the magnificent landscape and the view, you will understand where we have drawn our inspiration from and why we fell in love with this place.

Beside to great views, pool, beautiful rooms, spa, gym and your own cinema room, one of the coolest amenity is a full indoor squash court that can be used for other sports like volleyball, basketball etc., as well as it can be converted to a conference hall, a projection room, a banquet room or similar, making this house a desirable vacation spot all year around.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

    How can I retract my booking request?

    How do I cancel my booking?

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send KRUNOSLAV (the owner) a message.

    If KRUNOSLAV (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
