House III features a private swimming pool, with an amazing and unobstructed panoramic view of 270o towards the village of Oia, the islands of Folegandros, Sikinos, Antiparos, Ios, Naxos, Amorgos and the unique Sunset of Santorini. -

Manos, architect and owner, designed and constructed the project during the period of ‘08-‘11 with extreme respect to the natural landscape and the well known Santorinian traditional bioclimatic architecture. High quality materials combined with the traditional methods of Santorini’s technicians gave an outcome of excellent minimal aesthetic and fully functional interior spaces completely adapted to the unique scenery.

The house (115 sqm with 4 bedrooms ) can accommodate up to 8 persons. The living room and the fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor are comfortable and sunny spaces with immediate access to the swimming pool with the built sitting areas. The bedrooms (3 of them private at a lower level 1 at an upper level with privacy) have adequate wardrobe spaces and most of them private bathrooms.

House III, is designed and located in such way so that the resident can enjoy space and privacy. The house has its own private plot and a 9 x 3 sqr.m. swimming pool where any outdoor activities can take place among built sitting areas and landscaped gardens. The volumetric and morphological approach to the traditional local residential architecture along with the use of natural materials and bright colours blend effortlessly with the unique scenery of Santorini. It surely gives you something you shouldn't miss: the experience of living surrounded by land, sky and sea....

Daily housekeeping is provided.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen and we offer our guests upon arrival breakfast provisions (juices, honey, butter, marmalade, wheat rusks, cereals, 3 kinds of coffee and tea, cocktail of herbs etc.) as weel as bottled mineral and/or sparkling water.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Emmanouil (the owner) a message.

If Emmanouil (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
