From the owner

Casa Charcas is a very complete and recently restored village house in the center of Ojen. A white bergdorpje¨ just above Marbella and near the beach. Around the corner is the village square with cafes and restaurants. The housing consists of two vediepingen and a large roof. The ground floor houses a living room followed by a large open kitchen, of course, including all appliances, crockery and cooking utensils. Half in the kitchen a strong table. In the lounge a wood stove for chilly winter evenings. In the seating area there is a large sofa which can be, if desired, converted into a wide double bed of 1.60m. The television has a considerable range of international (also Dutch) channels. Next to the kitchen is the entrance to the first bedroom with its own bathroom. The first floor consists almost entirely of a second bedroom, of course bathroom. An intermediate terrace, with "coffee little bar" gives access to the huge roof terrace: lounge chairs, a dining table and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, extra fridge and washing machine. The house is air conditioned, Wi-Fi, heating and hot water using solar energy. In 2 minutes away La Posada del Angel, you can always find information about the house and the surrounding area and use the heated pool (between April 1 and December 1). Whether for breakfast on the lovely patio.

    Hartelijk dank voor jullie uitgebreide verslag. Inderdaad, soms even omhoog lopen, maar dar wordt je dan ook wel voor beloond met alle prachtige natuur rondom. En dan gewoon daarna lekker naar het strand om uit te rusten. Onlangs ontdekten we de wandel route van Ojén naar Marbella strand, ook door prachtige natuur. Een aanrader.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Alex en Esther (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
