On the first floor there is an open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with woodburning stove. From the existing kitchen area a door leads to a further open plan kitchenette, dining and sitting room with door to a small enclosed garden with seating. 4-poster bedroom and a bathroom with corner whirlpool bath, separate shower, whb and wc. Outside, is a front patio with furniture and off road parking for one car. The Orchard is a delightful, quirky cottage with all the ingredients to create a truly memorable holiday. Two well-behaved dogs welcome - £20 supplement per pet, per stay.
