In the beautiful manageable place Okrug Donji (Trogir) on the island Ciovo will find this comfortable holiday apartment. Enjoy a relaxing holiday in a quiet country setting with views of the countryside and surrounded by fir trees, olive trees, sage and Mediterranean vegetation at the edge of the small community. The comfortably furnished apartment covers an area of ​​90 m2 and is located on the ground floor of the two-story house, below the apartment of the German owners. The air-conditioned interior is divided into a very well-equipped kitchen with dining room, a cozy living room and two separate bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. In the first bedroom you sleep in a comfortable double bed with dimensions 160 cm x 200 cm, which is surrounded by two bedside cabinets with reading lamps. A spacious wardrobe with sliding doors provides storage options of your travel wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double bed with dimensions 140 cm x 200 cm and a large closet and a smart flat-screen TV is available. Before going to sleep, you can pause the TV of their choice Enjoy comfortably in bed. This second bedroom has direct access to the large terrace. After a day trip to take in the stylish and exclusive furniture equipped living room space. For entertainment, a flat screen television with satellite TV, a DVD player and a music system provides. The fully equipped kitchen allows extensive self-catering including dishwasher, a refrigerator and freezer, four-zone cooker with oven and much more. The bystanders dining table with six chairs provides ample space for long meals. From the kitchen and the living room also takes you unceremoniously into the open. The newly remodeled bathroom provides with bright tiles and a modern floor covering for a pleasant ambience. In addition to a walk-in shower, a toilet, a large hand basin, a washing machine is a matter of course. Filing and storage options are also available. On the walled plot children find plenty of space to play and run. A terrace with comfortable dining furniture and umbrella attracts a meal outside. There is additionally a small terrace with small garden furniture. The permanently attached and available at all times Grill located in the garden of the house and invites you to a cozy barbecue. The beach "Stari Porat" is about 400m from the apartment and within walking distance in minutes. In addition, numerous shops, cafes and restaurants in Okrug Gornji (about 3 km) to your visit. A grocery store and a post office are also in Okrug Donji nearby. Besides the numerous beach coves with clear, clean water, enjoy day trips to Trogir (7 km), the Krka Waterfalls (60 km) and Split (35 km). A great place to relax and enjoy the quiet starry nights. Due to its tranquility, the unspoilt nature, the seclusion and proximity to the UNESCO town of Trogir, Okrug Donji is for a relaxing holiday with the family and at the same time suitable a cultural holiday. Additional leisure activities and excursions, such as the well-known cultural institutions and Natural Monuments of Central Dalmatia offer around Trogir and Split more exciting variety. The island Ciovo is a good starting point to all the historical and natural attractions of Dalmatia Ellen to visit.

    Vierköpfige Gast Familie, hat 16 Tage in August 2019 unsere Ferienwohnung gebucht. Der Herr Gast war ebenso begeistert von unserer Ferienwohnung, der Lage unserer Ferienwohnung und unserer Gastfreundschaft, so wie alle unsere vorherigen Gäste, aber leider nur die ersten zwei Tage seines sechzehntägigen Aufenthalts in unserer Ferienwohnung, bis seine Frau auf die Idee kam, um uns zu fragen, ob ein Verwandter von Herrn Gast mit seiner fünfköpfigen Familie, die 100 km von unserer Ferienwohnung im Landesinneren lebt, über das Wochenende, in unsere Ferienwohnung, mit einer Übernachtung kommen würde, weil sie eine Geburtstags Party bei uns feiern wollten, für einen möglichen Aufpreis für weitere 5 Personen erwähnte der Gast dies nicht. Darauf antworteten wir, dass dies nicht möglich sei, weil wir haben von unsere Gemeinde, für unsere Ferienwohnung eine Genehmigung für Aufenthalt bis zu 4 Personen erhalten, und dass wir es nicht zulassen können, weil in unserer Wohnung eine Übernachtung nur bis 4 Personen erlaubt ist, und dass wir zwei Schlafzimmer haben, in denen es ein Doppelbett gibt. Dann frage mich nur, wo sie alle 11 Personen zusammen schlafen würden. Nachdem wir den Wunsch von dem Gast nicht erfüllt hatten, war er nicht mehr begeistert von unserer Ferienwohnung, der Lage unserer Ferienwohnung und unserer Gastfreundschaft. In den restlichen 14 Tagen seines Urlaubs in unserer Ferienwohnung, der Gast war damit beschäftigt, diese eindrucksvolle Bewertung zu schreiben, über die Themen, wie Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage, Warmwasser, Dusche, Privatsphäre, Sternenhimmel etc. Und später am seiner Abreisetag sagte uns Herr Gast, dass sie bei uns, einen Tag lang mit Mitgliedern der Familie seiner Frau grillen wollten, die in unmittelbarer Nähe unserer Ferienwohnung wohnen, was für uns natürlich kein Problem wäre. Aber sie hätten das früher sagen sollen, nicht am Tag ihrer Abreise. Und dann Frage mich noch, ob dieser Herr Gast überhaupt mit seiner Frau kommuniziert hat, während ihres Aufenthalts in unserer Ferienwohnung die sonst unser Ansprechpartner war, Offensichtlich nicht. Wir wünschen dem Gast viel Glück und Erfolg bei der Suche nach einer solchen Ferienwohnung, wo seine Wünsche erfüllt werden konnten und dass die Chemie zwischen beiden Parteien, Vermieter und Mietern viel einfacher und besser sein können.
