New and modern House is situated in Okrug Gornji and it's perfect for families with children.There is a big nice garden and pebble beach flote to the house (200 meters). Only 500 meters from the house is the boat line from Okrug Gornji to Trogir and back.

Parking and grill house are on the back side of the house.
At your disposal you have a large balcony (50m2) and a small balcony which is part of the bedroom.
Taxes, wi-fi, air conditioning and parking are included in the price.

Our neighborhood is quiet, pleasant summer evenings you will be able to implement on a large balcony with a view of the sea.

150 m from the house is the closest market .To reach the most popular Okrug Gornji beach there is a 10 min. walking distance by the beach.This is only walking area close to the sea.House is placed in calm area but still near all faicilities you may need on your vacation.

Affiliation of the island with the bridge, near Trogir (4 km), Split Airport (8 km) and Split ferry port (25 km) is a huge benefit of Okrug, which is so accessible to visitors at the same time facilitates visit various tourist destinations on the mainland and islands.

The special charm of Okrug Gornji, gives a wonderful panorama. View of the archipelago, the islands of Solta, Drvenik Large and Small are his unity.

The main attraction of the Okrug Gornji is over 2 km long beautiful pebble beach known as Copacabana. Nice beach resort with numerous bars and restaurants, music and all-day events provide the atmosphere like in Rio. During the day you can enjoy the crazy ride with the Jet sky, parasailing, windsurfing, or rent waterbike. Rent a boat and explore the surrounding islands Fumija, Kraljevac or Solta, Hvar and Brac ... With scooter or bike you can explore the interior of the island of Ciovo, old village Žedno at the very top of the island and enjoy the beautiful view of the Adriatic islands. Beautifully decorated walkway over the beaches it continues to tip of the island.

Numerous restaurants offer a wide choice of different kinds of food. From the excellent pizza, which you served in a domestic ambience Pizzeria Roko, to fresh seafood delicacies in the restaurant Leonardo. If you want to experience the true Dalmatian ambience, visit restaurant ?aga and taste its unique steak. Evenings are full of fun and dance ... different live music for all tastes and generations. Sing along with Dalmatian choir ( Klape ) Dalmatian songs or dance to the frantic pace of modern music, which spin the world famous DJ, in the Aquarius bar.

Regular boat every 30 minutes drive from the Okrug Gornji to Trogir. Boarding in a small port in the Okrug and unboarding in Trogir at the end of the Riva.

There are frequent buses.

In the Okrug there are numerous shops with a good range of food items. Along the beach you can buy at the stands of fresh fruits and vegetables, beverages and desserts, and all little things that you need for the beach.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ivanka (the owner) a message.

    If Ivanka (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
