Villa located in a quiet and private setting, 50 meters from the beach of Bados, 7 km from Olbia, on the Olbia-Golfo Aranci provincial road. The house is composed as follows: 3 bedrooms, two of which are double bedrooms and one with a bunk bed and a single bed, 2 bathrooms with showers, a kitchen, a dining room, a veranda for outdoor dining. The whole is equipped with 2000 square meters of private garden. Nearby: Restaurants and bars on the beach, disabled access, beach umbrellas, canoes, pedalos, school and windsurf hire; connected to the city of Olbia by public buses. Supermarkets and pizzeria nearby. It is about 20 km from the Costa Smeralda; 7 km from Olbia and its port, 10 km from the port of Golfo Aranci, 10 km from the Costa Smeralda airport. Prices are inclusive of costs (electricity, water, gas, linen: sheets and towels), final cleaning € 85 / stay is excluded, to be paid on the spot at the time of handing over the keys. According to municipal rules, upon arrival a visitor's tax of € 1.80 per person per stay will be required for a maximum of 7 days. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from the tourist tax.

Cara Nathalie, sono molto dispiaciuta che il soggiorno nella mia casa non sia stato del tutto di suo gradimento e accetto le critiche con l’intento di migliorare i servizi offerti e cercare di fornirne di nuovi: tra cui il wi fi sarà una mia priorità, ma anche molto rammaricata,in quanto nessuno dei servizi oggetto delle sue lamentele(ristoranti , negozi,wifi) sono elencati tra i servizi da me forniti, come si può leggere chiaramente su Tripadvisor, inoltre la carta igienica, così come il latte, l’acqua ,succo di frutta, biscotti,zucchero, sale etc sono un pensiero di prima accoglienza da me felicemente OFFERTI;le faccio però notare che acqua ,luce,gas,lenzuola e asciugamani sono COMPRESI NEL PREZZO da lei pagato e versato a Tripadvisor e che NULLA HA DOVUTO AGGIUNGERE come da lei erroneamente scritto e sottolineato; vorrei a mia volta sottolineare che le 65 euro da lei versate al momento della sua entrata in casa e consegna delle chiavi,erano ESCLUSIVAMENTE per le PULIZIE FINALI come CHIARAMENTE SCRITTO SUL CONTRATTO DI LOCAZIONE DA LEI FIRMATO e su Tripadvisor alla voce “MOSTRA TARIFFE”. Aggiungo inoltre che ci sono negozietti a 300 mt da casa mia ,e che i ristoranti da lei citati sono operativi da Aprile, e che il loro menù comprende tutte le specialità di mare e di terra, pesce tra l’altro freschissimo,in quanto pescato in loco,alla faccia del FAST FOOD!!!!! Per quanto riguarda il riscaldamento, affittiamo casa da Marzo a Novembre con temperature inferiori ai 23 gradi da lei trovati a Maggio, e nessuno dei miei ospiti si è MAI lamentato di avere avuto freddo, in quanto sono presenti un caminetto e una stufa a pellet che riscaldano perfettamente tutta la casa. Inoltre ogni stanza è fornita di coperte e piumoni!! Mi spiace dovere concludere con la constatazione che lei faccia confusione tra un soggiorno in una casa vacanza e un grand hotel 5 stelle! Ma nonostante le evidenti differenze ha potuto comunque trovare una persona che la ha attesa e accolta alle 22:00 sebbene non fosse un portiere notturno e che il check in fosse massimo alle 18:00, il tutto senza che lei si sia neanche sentita in dovere di fare una telefonata per avvertire del ritardo……MA SI SA …..IL CLIENTE HA SEMPRE RAGIONE!!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Antonella (the owner) a message.

If Antonella (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
