Very charming beach cottage, just refurbished from scratch! Amazing outdoor feature, covered colonial style porch with ceiling fans. Kindly be aware that there are no review yet because the cottage has just been renovated and no one has been able to rent it before. You will be surrounded by a mediterranean garden with mimosa, eucalyptus, oleanders, apricot, mulberries, jasmines, myrtles and bougainvilleas. Enjoy a nice aperitif outdoor or a great barbeque dinner (for your pleasure we also provide an electric grill). The kitchen is fully equipped with silverware, plated ware, glasses, dishwasher, washing machine, iron board,/iron oven, fridge/freezer and a full range of utensils. Bathroom is with shower. The bedrooms are two such are tiny, the facility can overall accommodate a maximum of 4 guests at each time (ideally two adults and two kids). Our weekly rates are comprehensive for # 2. . An additional € 10,00 per guest per night will be charged for above two party guests and up to a maximum of 4 guests. The cottage features two twin beds in one room and one bunk bed in the other room. Free Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning, ceiling fans, fully furnished veranda with outdoor dining and lounge areas, outdoor shower facility. Dish washer, washing machine, electric BBQ, 4 bed linen sets, blankets, 4 2 towels for each person; 4 beach towels (one per person). Two lounge chairs with coffee table (to be use in within property only). We will greet you upon arrival and prior to your departure for key consignment/collection and final inspection. We will not be present during your stay but reachable via phone for any urgent matter you may have. The property is located Southern of Olbia at just ten minutes driving distance from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport and 15 minutes from Olbia Ferry Terminal and the City Centre. The local beach is available at only 5 minutes walking distance from home! You don't need to get a car and get stressed looking for expensive parking. A Beach bar is also available on the local beach. At ' Mau ' Beach Bar you can rent sun beds ($ 5 per day for lost) and umbrella (also $ 6/day) on a daily basis or for your entire stay, just speak with Michela and she will arrange it for you! You will be responsible for any expenditure at Mau Beach and you will pay them directly. Made exception to the Mau Beach Bars, Lido del Sole Village features just private villas and cottages only, because it is a very consortia, in the middle of a protected area of The Marine Park Tavolara so no clubs, stores and/or noisy restaurants are aloud with loud music and heavy traffic. Many of the most amazing beaches of Sardinia are located at just 15 minutes driving distance from the cottage, weather your direction is toward North or South of Olbia. The Cottage is the perfect base for a relaxing vacation or to be used as a starting point from where, each day, you can depart to explore different enchanting beaches and secluded bays. Let's say the you will be located in a very strategic point from were down south you could easily join amazing places toward South like Porto Taverna (14 km/19 minutes), Porto San Paolo (20 km/15 minutes), San teodoro (24.8/30 minutes), and Tavolara Island, Budoni & 34795, Capo Coda Cavallo, etc and going North to Porto Rotondo (23.7/29 minutes) Golfo Aranci (27 km/33 minutes) and Porto cervo, Baja Sardinia, etc etc. Discover an amazing beach each day with only 15/20 minutes driving distance. And for any shopping the closest biggest shopping mall is located at only 5 minutes driving/6 km, Just one advise: if you want to be independent and explore all the magnificent bays and beaches located in the surroundings a car is highly recommended since taxis are quite expensive.
