This is truly a perfect location. This 3 bedrooms apartment is only few steps to 7 miles of beautiful white sandy beaches. Just grab your towels & beach chairs and walk right down to the beach. Enjoy your day reading, swimming and having fun with your family and friends. It's also within a short walk (1/4 mile) to the pier, where you can find all kind of entertainments such as live concerts, small souvenir shops, rides, arcades, famous pier fries, fresh seafood, pizza, fried dough, ice cream, restaurants, night life, firewroks and much more. This 3 bedrooms apartment is well maintained with fully equipped kitchen, A/C, Satellite TV with more than 150 channels, DVD, wireless internet, private porch, BBQ grill and everything else you will need to enjoy your stay.

Activities: Weekly LIVE concerts in Town Square and Fireworks every Thursday night. An excellent weeks stay in Old Orchard Beach. Our rental stay was great. Clean and comfortable for our group of 7. Close to beach and quiet, yet close enough to enjoy the downtown action.

The beach is on the door step

Only one parking available, other is on the street and is very problematic if you go out. The unit is on the second floor. Thank's Ali we appreciate . Guy Chateauneuf

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ali (the owner) a message.

If Ali (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
