A beautiful apartement in the heart of Albufeira is finished to a very high standard. All fixtures and fittings are brand new and very high quality.full heating working in all rooms for cold winter nights .The lounge and bedroom have full air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped. The lounge includes Samsung 40" LCD TV,DVD, I POD , leather corner sofa and dining table and chairs unlimited internet and cable tv with all your favorite chanels. The master bedroom has a double bed, and patio doors leading to the varanda overlooking the sea. The second bedroom has 2 single beds making the apartment ideal for families. , with a stunning view of the ocean and Albufeira coast line this top class property is perfectly placed for exploring both the old town and the beautiful beaches of albufeira only 5mn walk! car is not needed short walk of Albufeira marina , It is ideal for a vacation on the beach, in summer or winter, most likely with 100% sunny days and fair weather. It can also be the starting point for a great golf vacation or exciting vacation, with all equipment and leisure facilities very close, such as restaurants, bars, golf courses, water parks, nightclubs, etc,transfer from Faro airport to Albufeira can be arranged at a very competitive price just ask when you book.

Why can't I call Reinaldo (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Reinaldo (the owner) a message.

If Reinaldo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
