A pretty house modern RED GRAY AND BLACK, near the town of SAINT FLORENT and the sea, in a very quiet private property with private parking, a large terrace with pergola and garden furniture, a fenced garden with barbecue, near the shopping center with Leclerc 1 KM and restaurants accessible even on foot. Comfortable and internet connection, air conditioning. had be rented throughout the year and from 3 nights. Short and long stays Housing Well located, close to ports and airports, ideal for those seeking tranquility after beach days and fatigue of daily visits for a family couple with two children, or even two couples. The nearest shops and nearby restaurants give more to this location. Passenger access The house has a private parking and a nice big terrace with pergola where we find peace and privacy, as well as linked to a roomy garden with barbecue. For those who have pets they can access the property for all needs, large space. Portal code at the entrance of the property. Trade with travelers We respect the privacy and tranquility of travelers but are listening to them in times of need or information, as well as for eventual anomalies that arise during their stay. Other remarks The house has two bedrooms, one with 140 beds, one with two beds that can transforler 90 in 180 large bed if necessary. A cot is available if needed and a baby bath and high chair, the seat of the stay can accommodate two additional beds.
