Villa Casinha is a lovely and peaceful villa which was renovated in 2021 and now boasts a private jacuzzi which can be heated (for an additional 70 Euros per week/part week) as well as private pool which has the option to be heated (for an additional 200 Euros per week/part week).

With maximum capacity for 8 adults + 2 below 12 yrs with children in additional fold up beds, the villa boasts 4 spacious bedrooms, all with their own private shower rooms, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.

Villa Casinha offers the perfect retreat for a relaxing stay in stylish surroundings.

The super sleek, modern kitchen is fully fitted with white units and finished with integrated Smeg appliances including electric oven, induction hob, double door fridge freezer, integrated microwave, and dishwasher. There is a separate laundry room with the washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The spacious living and dining area feature large patio doors which open out to the pool and terraces, with an outdoor table and chairs for al fresco dining as well as a large charcoal BBQ.

The villa features double glazed windows with electric shutters, air conditioning, a guest toilet, wi-fi, TV with access to Netlfix, electronic safe, table tennis and an alarm system.

The garden is totally walled and fenced, and access is via electric gates. There is private parking inside the grounds with space for 2/3 cars. The overall feeling within the gates of Villa Casinha is one of peace and tranquillity.

Ideally located, just 15 minutes walk (part road/part track) to the fishing village of Olhos de Agua with many shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and small bars. The lovely beach of Maria Luisa is just 20 minutes walk.

Olhos de Agua is situated between Vilamoura and Albufeira with the former about 15 mins by car and the latter just 7 to 8 mins away.

The villa is a short drive from Faro Airport – approximately 40 mins.

Golf courses are plentiful with the nearby 9 hole Sheraton Pine Cliffs while Vilamoura boasts no less than half a dozen courses, and you have the 9 hole Balaia village golf course just 10 minutes walk from the house.

There are 2 water parks close by as well as the excellent Zoomarine with famous Dolphin shows, all within a 20 min drive. The renowned Algarve Shopping complex in Guia is less than 15 mins by car.

All facilities of Villa Casinha, including the swimming pool and jacuzzi, are for the exclusive use of guests only.

The swimming pool can be heated for an additional 200 Euros per week and the jacuzzi for 70 Euros per week.

Airport transfers can be arranged (additional charges apply).

The property is located 2 km from Intermarche Olhos de Agua (by foot) supermarket, 3 km from Olhos de Agua (by foot) sand beach, 3 km from Balaia Golf Village (by car) golf course, 4 km from Olhos de Agua (by car) sand beach, 4 km from Pine Cliffs (by car) golf course, 7 km from Ferreiras, Albufeira train station, 9 km from Albufeira Old Town city, 16 km from Zoomarine amusement park / theme park, 16 km from Aquashow water park, 38 km from Faro Aiport airport.

Just one thing to point out, you state that the villa has 3 full bathrooms but this is not entirely true and we don't want people to be misled by this comment when in fact there is one full bathroom (bath with shower over), one shower room (the en-suite) and then an additional toilet. Why can't I call Villas (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Villas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
