Description

Sunset Villa by Laranjal Rentals is a superb property greatly located in Olhos de Água - Albufeira, wide areas inside and outside. With 5 large bedrooms all unsuited with large complete bathroom, 4 of them have spa baths, a great balcony with more than 50 square meters facing south with fantastic country and sea views. A very comfy louge area with large LED screen with comfy seats for 10 and a dinning area with wide glass doors facing exterior lounge where you will find a exterior dinning table overlooking the pool and Jacuzzi area. There is a BBQ for your fish or meat grills and a large pool area with an exterior spa bath jacuzzi that fits 6 adults confortably, that can be used /heated together with the pool heating for 350€ or 200€ stand alone. Pool heating available for 300€/week or stay if shorter.

At the basement level you will find a wide games room with a large LED TV with lounge seats, table tennis, table football, pool table and a gym with the main machines. You will be delighted with the confort, convenience and high standard amenities, all to make your time with us unforgetable!

At a very short 5 minute walk you find several good restaurants and Bars, and all needed amenities, large supermarket, local fish market, café, pharmacy, newspaper/tobacco store. Olhos de Água beach or Maria Luísa beach are 850 meters distance, less than 10 minutes walking in good path, here you will find several stores, bars, good restaurants and a variety of beach activities. Several other good beaches to explore at a 5 minute car drive. Albufeira Old Town and Oura beach are 4 km away and the Vilamoura Marina, Casino and Golf are 15 minutes by car. Several water parks and Zoo Marine at a short car journey.

Getting around

First thing to mention here is that the best path to reach the Olhos de Água town and beach is to turn right when leaving the maid property gate, you will have to pass through a small 30 meters sandy path but then you are on a good path again! After this, you walk for two minutes (strait and then right) and you are at the large Supermarket Intermarche which is normally open until 21h. There you have, other than the very good supermarket choice, a small café, ATM machine, and a newspaper store with tobacco. Just to its left on the main road, you have the Local Market, where you can buy fresh fish, greens, meat, etc..
